I dropped my truck off and as I was waiting the tech came out and immediately started complaining that he had to change the oil on a large truck. I really wanted to say well I’ll take my business elsewhere, it was completely rude of him and unsatisfactory in my opinion essentially with me the owner standing there. Moving forward I probably won’t be coming back to Autonation Spokane Valley because of his actions.
