Confirmed Service Customer
Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with regard to customer service and communication. My vehicle was there for 2 1/2 months and unless I reached out, no one updated me on the status. I have zero confidence in the repairs performed on my vehicle. I will never shop at auto nation again or buy another GM product. I will also share this experience with anyone I possibly can since no one seems concerned about my experience, I'd hate to see anyone else go through this.
