Confirmed Service Customer
It was weird as I had made an appointment over the phone; however, when I got to the dealership I wasn't on their schedule. Luckily, the gentleman in charge got me in, but whoever is in charge of making the schedule is someone that isn't even in the same state. I don't know how it's working, but I think that it ISN'T WORKING. Please look into how your dealership is making their schedules, or it would be better to go somewhere else.
