Confirmed Service Customer
Well I made an appointment to get my back hatch as it wasn���t opening with the automatic button. I was brushed off and felt like they didn���t care about my issue even thou I have a full warranty thru autonation on my Yukon. No one Called me all day to inform me on the status of my repair. I literally had to call them or just go in. Service guys had no clue. Still a week later no call or any feedback as to what gmc said about covering the repair. I���m kind of very frustrated by the service department and I feel wronged. I just ultimately want my rig back hatch fixed like it worked when I bought my vehicle in April
