Auto Nation service stole $105.00 from me. When I bought my Yukon XL I bought a service agreement for six oil changes and tire rotation. It was Feb 19, my first time I went they (your service dept) had me go to the Subaru location. When I got there they realized I had a Yukon XL and told me they couldn't do the tire rotation because they didn't have a lift that could do it. I asked if anyone knew how to use a floor jack but they still couldn't meet the service agreement. So Taylor Kirby told me they would not deduct a service as they couldn't complete it. Recently I scheduled a service on Aug 18 at the Chevrolet Auto Nation Dept because they had a lift that could lift my Yukon. I had 6 services and Chad Meier, 8045, said 11 1 see you have 6 services so this will be your first. I explained the problem I had at the Subaru center but I agreed I had six left. When I got home I looked at my invoice and conveniently for Auto Nation the tech put a note on page 2. "Remaining Services After Today .. 4" Should be 5 but crooked Auto Nation decided to Steal a service from me! 1 from 6 is 5... I should have 5 left. You couldn't honor our agreement that I paid $630 for or $105 for 6 services. I was warned that if I dealt with Auto Nation I would be sorry!! I tried calling the service dept but kept getting looped back to the service recording .... how convenient for you crooks. Well you know how word of mouth works .... so you can expect everyone I know to steal clear of Auto Nation. Thanks for nothing.
